Why is Authentic Leadership important?
Authentic Leadership emphasises transparency, genuineness and honesty. Authentic Leaders build genuine relationships with their employees by inspiring trust and fostering a healthy work environment. Authentic Leadership involves a long-term focus on organisational goals, with the ability to inspire people to succeed.
Authentic Leadership is essential to promote open communication within a team and has wide-reaching benefits for the entire company. Authentic Leadership is also an important style of management because it can improve:
- Employee Morale - When team members feel that their concerns can be voiced and addressed, they may feel more welcome in the workplace which increases morale.
- Productivity - This is increased when team members work together under a strong and Authentic Leader.
- Strengthened Trust - When a leader is willing to listen to their employees and consider feedback, this can increase trust among colleagues.
- Work Environments - Authentic Leaders strive to connect employees with the values of the organisation.

Our qualified Coaches offer the following services:
- A range of 121 personal sessions tailored to the client’s needs.

- D.I.S.C Personality Styles - A powerful and profoundly simple tool for understanding people.
DiSC® Personality Profiles
More than one million people utilise the DiSC® personal evaluation tool each year to enhance collaboration, communication, and output at work.
Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C) are the four personality types that make up the DISC model of behaviour as it is known in modern times. The DISC model is a potent and remarkably straightforward tool for understanding individuals. Human nature can be mysterious. Behaviour and personality are frequently misunderstood at home and at work, which causes stress and detracts from enjoyment and productivity.
While conducting study for his book The Emotions of Normal People at Harvard University in the 1920s, Dr. William Moulton Marston established the DISC Theory. The DISC model of behaviour was created by Dr. Marston as a means of detecting observable and predictable behaviours as well as personality traits in everyday human behaviour. Four DISC personality types were developed by Marston from these predictable personality traits: (D) Dominance, (I) Inducement, (S) Submission, and (C) Compliance. While the DISC model’s fundamental ideas haven’t changed much since it was created by Dr. Marston, it has been updated to reflect recent developments in measurement and theory in psychology as well as more up-to-date vocabulary and descriptions of the four behavioural types.
