- Productivity - This is increased when team members work together under a strong and Authentic Leader.

Coaching
What is a Coach?
A Coach is not a subject matter expert, but rather is focused on helping a colleague to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and their capabilities. A Coach is not necessarily a designated individual: anyone can take a coaching approach with others, whether peers, subordinates or superiors.
Our qualified Coaches offer the following services:
- A range of 121 personal sessions tailored to the client’s needs.
- Group coaching facilitated by a qualified expert.
- A 1-day course to develop Coaching Skills (Positive Coaching Skills).
- D.I.S.C Personality Styles - A powerful and profoundly simple tool for understanding people.
